Hurstmere Green is situated in Takapuna's central shopping precinct. The project demonstrates the excellence that can be achieved through open communication. Seamless collaboration from the initial conceptual stages through to project completion made it possible to foresee and overcome many challenges, resulting in a highly successful project which was recognised through award for its Supreme Excellence on a National Scale.
Monarc Precast concrete provided the best means to deliver solutions and to meet the demands of the projects very special requirements including: illumination, decorative and textural finishes, functional form and purpose, The project was desgned and is now capable of withstanding the rigors that a heavily urbanised public open-space demands.
